when i put www.gmail.com in address bar, it shows me page can't be displayed.

Your OS is not the problem. It is probably your browser or your internet connection. Update your Internet Explorer or get Mozilla's Firefox. Then you will be able to visit the site.

If u still have a prb then check any content filter is enbled for you
Reply:if u r not able to open ur gmail then see ehether u have not blocked this site if u have blocked it then unblock it first by internet options

Reply:try going on to this link https://gmail.com it will ask you for a certificate accept it if you are still not able to get to the website try uninstalling your security program if you are using norton uninstall the program try to access the site then again install it on the computer

check if cookies are enabled


check if Javascript enabled.


it might ask you the page you are about to enter is secure...accept certificate - accept it.


----if all of the above doesn't work .....


try logging to some other google service like orkut , then type mail.google.com
