Can't get to my Gmail...anyone else having a problem?

I have gmail and yahoo, .but cannot get to gmail at alll anyone else
Can't get to my Gmail...anyone else having a problem?
I have been having probs. off and on for 2-3 days now....I dont know what to do. I just keep trying and closing internet explorer out, and reopening it, and I eventually am getting into my gmail.
