Does gmail has messenger and how can i get it?
Yes, there is google talk. It's what I use from work. It's the only one not blocked. You need a google email account. Check to see if you can get an account from google's website, it may be by invitation only, I'm not sure. Then you can download the messenger, or you can chat directly from the email browser.
