I cant access hotmail or gmail accounts after logging on. I get a blank page with word done down the bottom.?

I also cant delete messages from my yahoo account either. Can anyone suggest anything to help me plse?

I would allow cookies for these sites. If you are using IE6 you can goto tools---internet options----privacy----allow and enter each of the sites ending url. So for hotmail, do "hotmail.com" or yahoo do "yahoo.com"
Reply:check you internet settings. This is done be right going to control panal and selecting the internet setting or some time called the internet options open it and then click on the privacy at the top of that screen. If its not set at medium put it on med and apply it. also you need to clear out all files on your pc thats tempary internt files thats stores web pages and pictures off them that contain all of the spyware and ad-ware that you get off the internet. OK to do this is on the general page click delete cookies and ok then click delete files ( which is the temp) and click all off line content then ok this will be abe to view the pages you need.





If non of this works you have a alexa virus that is in your registery. its a trojan virus that stalls a pc and you may have to re format and re install your windows. but you can get a spyware program and get rid of this sometimes.
